Please search Sara Meeks and MotherGoose. Please no sit-ups. No forward flexion and no twists, but I'll leave the explanation of why to the PT's.

Kas, I am 55, nearly your age. My doctors recommended full workouts, including running, stretching, and weight training, and I am seeing the results in improved strength and flexibility, as well as increased bone density of the hip. My recent Dexascan showed a 2.2% increase in bone density of the femoral neck.
