Rebekah,
I congratulate you on your initiative; you are teaching exactly what I need to learn. I am in Washington DC Metro and would like to know how can one access the same information that you will be proving in the NY workshop?

I will hopefully be teaching one in DC in the coming year and can keep you posted. Please send me a message to talk offline. And in the meantime, look at the "Osteoporosis and exercise" topic on the forum here for a few tips and suggestions within the discussion thread and also "Books related to Osteopenia/Osteoporosis" but be sure to read through the entire discussion thread to see some of the experts' feedback.
Best,
Rebekah

Bumping up.

Is there anything in the Port Washington area of NY? What about a Tai Chi class?

Thanks,
Robyn

HI,

Does anyone know where there are Tai Chi Classes in my area and or a trainer to help me get started on building bone, what to do and what not to do. I'm in Port Washington, NY.

Thanks
Roybn

I do not know of anyone there Robyn, but will keep my antennas up. This evening workshop will give you some information though in the meantime and perhaps you can network with some of the other people there to inquire more.
Best,
Rebekah
