May is Osteoporosis Awareness & Prevention Month. In recognition, our support group is holding a
NOF North Dallas ‘Steps for Strong Bones’ Community Walk.
This 1.3 mi walk is scheduled for May 16, 2009 from 10a to 12p at Crowley Park in Richardson, Texas.
The NOF Steps for Strong Bones program challenges individuals across the country to incorporate walking into their daily routine.
