NOF exercise dvd

Hi all. I recently purchased the NOF Be Bonewise exercise DVD. Am wondering what folks have done to increase challenge w/ these exercises--looks like for someone who is reasonably fit that they would not challenge the muscles enough, at least after a few run-throughs. How do you build in progressive increase in challenge?

thanks Sandi. More reps makes sense. Guess I'm used to exercises where you can increase weight to increase challenge/benefit--seems like you'd hit a benefit plateau w/ these--but maybe not.

Gertie, when I use any exercise dvds, I hit the "stop" and continue with more reps. After awhile, the exercises shown become so familiar that I turn off the sound and put on some music which refreshes what I am watching as I do the exercise. Sandi
