MY WRISTS ARE REALLY THIN AND HANDS HAVE GONE SMALLER

0 Recommendations

I have osteopenia in my spine but my wrists have gone so thin and my hands have become scrawny and smaller and look like an elderly person's hands even though I am only 43 years old. Has anybody else got this problem? I also have a dull ache in my wrists also. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have it in my spine, hip and neck and my wrists have gone the same, I did break a wrist last year with just a simple fall. Once the bone was healed, I started doing Yoga, (particularly, weight bearing) it has really helped to strengthen my wrists and other parts of my body, I really recommend it.
