Was wondering if anyone else had issues with low estrogen and/or PCOS and low bone mineral density - osteopenia.

Was wondering if anyone else had issues with low estrogen and/or PCOS and low bone mineral density - osteopenia.
Don't know what caused the low estrogen. BCPs made things worse, periods ceased completey after this. T score -2.4 on spine. Just using calcium and vit D now.
I also have the same problem : PCO and osteopenia. May I ask you what pills do you take to provide your bones with some protection ? My doctor prescribed me only Calcium Vitrum , but I am not sure it's enough ...
Do you know what has caused your low estrogen? Sometimes low weight and a high level of fitness can cause low estrogen and as a result PCOS (there are different types). Do you know what your T scores are? I have low levels of estrogen and am on the pill to provide my bones with some protection. I have osteopenia too.
May I ask if you had treatment for the low estrogen.
Low estrogen level is definitely tied to osteoporosis/penia. I had that problem all my life since my 20s and sure enough we found the osteoporosis when I was in my early 50s. iIt could have been there earlier but that is when I read about it and had it tested.
