This will be my first public speaking experience! But when I was given the opportunity at the Pilates Studio that I attend, I felt it was important to step out of my comfort zone and bring awarneness to osteoporosis.

Hi Sandi, Good luck!! I hope you are able to raise awareness for osteoporosis month, it seems that so many aren't aware of all the different concerns associated with osteoporosis. I'm sure you'll do a great job!!
