Is your doctor using FRAX?

Is anyone's doctor using the new FRAX tool, the algorithm for assessing ten-year risk fracture?

Has your doctor even heard of it?

I asked my gynecologist and she had never heard of it.

I asked my rheumatologist and he had heard of it, but
he was not using it.

I printed some information about FRAX that I found on the NOF site and gave it to both of them.

Hello,

I am writing an article for a major newspaper in Boston and I'm looking for comments on the usefulness of the FRAX tool. I have lots of doctors and few patients in my story.
