Ok, i have posted on here before in regards to my mum, and yes i am australia, i recently purchased her a hypervibe machine or a powerplate one of those vibrating things you stand on, i am told they help slowly and gently strengthen the muscles hence helping with bone density, mum has bad knees hip dysplasia and yes osteoporosis, is there any form of pain relief that anyone can suggest, meds don't cut it, she was on quarterzone for a short time for a sinus infection and she felt great, but i am told that she can't stay on that stuff as it will make her bones worse, is there anything out there.

Her bone density has risen which is really positive, but its the pain that she is in thats annoying, there must be something??>?

and will this hypervibe machine help?

I'm not familiar with that machine. Use the search section, type in Vibration machines, and read all the previous discussions. One has to be very, very careful with some machines. The "g" force has to be very low and gentle or damage can occur.

Swifty:

I use a Juvent machine which has a very low vibration motion. I really don't have any information on the hypervibe machine you purchased for your mother.
