Are there any guidelines on how to best browse this site?
What are the pros and cons of sharing with "Public?" I just share with "Members."
Also, the arrow "Reply" after someone's submission. How is that different from the box "Reply?" When I go into the arrow, I often get lost in there and don't get back to the original discussion.
Can anyone advise me how to best navigate this site?

It is entirely up to you whether you wish to post your discussions for public viewing or just logged in members. Before, everything was public and we wanted to give members the option.
The "reply" arrow and reply box are the same but if a discussion or journal has many replies, clicking the "reply" arrow will jump you to the bottom of the page for the reply box.
The "reply" flag under other members replies allows you to reply directly to that and the will send that member an email that you have replied to their reply.
If you want to see all activity, you should click "home. " that will take you to the NOF Group home page which lists all the posts in order of when they were posted or received a reply. So if you were to refresh the page all day, the discussions that get replies will move to the top of the list.
