Does anyone out there know of any excercises that I could do to help with some pulled muscles in my chest. Most of my muscle pain has been in my back or sides and I have been able to do some of my physical therapy excercises to help with the pain---but I pulled the muscles right in the middle of my chest and they hurt so bad. I have spasms right between the breasts that almost disable me. I was not able to get around on my own for about 3 days, but the pain is excruciating right there. You don't realize how much those muscles are used for everyday things. Thanks for any help. Tricia
