Excercise DVD

0 Recommendations

I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I'm a runner so I'm in pretty good physical shape (or so I thought). I would like some suggestions for good exercise DVDs specifically geared for Osteoporosis yet will not be boring? Is the NOF one good? Are there any palates DVDs out there that are good for people with Osteoporosis?
