I'm not sure about this, Ovosk, but I don't believe that giving a link to your website where you are attempting to sell us products is appropriate. I say that kindly.

I take Boron now because someone on this board said it helped her bone in her teeth and jaw. It can't hurt to take it.......so I take 3mg a day. I do know that Zinc.....I found out yesterday by a compounding pharmacy {I was going to buy a bottle} works on Testerstone {sp} and estrogen.......which is good for bones but can in turn cause hair loss. No for me.

Hi Arym ~

I've read from a number of sources that your body can absorb only about 400-500 mg of calcium at any one time. If you have a single 2000 mg capsule/tablet, about 1500-1600 will go to waste as you can't absorb it all at once. I recommend spreading your calcium supplementation throughout the day. You might do some independent research on the internet to confirm this to your own satisfaction. And if dairy makes you ill, don't eat it. You can get calcium from veggies. Here's a link to a site selected at random that lists nutrients in veggies: http://www.healthalternatives2000.com/minerals-nutrition-chart.html. You can find several websites like this.

Can you share your vitamin D levels? I took 1400 iu for over a year, and my d 25 hydroxy levels were only 28. The range given with the test results says 32-100, but many experts say 50-70 is best. I've upped my D3 intake to 5000, plus 1200 more that I get in my multi-vitamin and calcium supplements. I'll have my levels rechecked in about three months and adjust my supplementation accordingly.

Please don't be discouraged.

Susan
