Help!
So my colposcopy has been very rough for me so far and I am wondering if others have had as hard a time. So the Dr said she decided to take biopsy from 3 areas. The first two were very quick but then the last area she had to end up taking 5 biopsies. I heard her saying one was small, but why 5? Does anyone know? Then she did the endocercial curettage. I really didn't have any knowledge about this prior, is this normal to do? I have questions about what is normal feeling afterwards. When I left the office, I was very weak, could barely walk to car. I had to drive 45 minutes home which was unbearable, I was hurting so much and just cried all the way home. Well the rest of the day yesterday I could not walk well and couldn't stand for more than couple minutes. Hard when I have my two kids running around. Today I woke up, still a little weak walking and some pain. So then I had to go to the store to pay my bill, with my kids, andafter being there for 15 minutes I could barely stand and I could only take tiny slow baby steps because the pain was so bad and I couldnt walk. So now I'm sitting here still in alot of pain. Is all of this normal or a little out of normal? I got so scared at the store when that happened, haven't heard anyone talk of that happening at all. My bleeding has stopped but worried about everything else that is going on. Has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know if you have any insight into this. Getting worried...My doctor said there is a good chance she will call me on Tuesday with my results. Let's keep our fingers crossed!! Thank you all again for your kind thoughts, they mean so much to me.
