Lower Back Pain/discharge/spotting

I have question about pain as well. I also have a discharge constantly during the month and its coloration ranges from light to medium brown plus it does not have a pleasant odor. I also spot during the month and I have lower back pain, it often reminds me of the radiating pain when I first started going into labor with children. My doctor was advised of this and only advised that he feels that the pain is caused by the severe dyplasia which I thought had no symptoms and on top of that I spot during the month which I never use to do. Has anyone experienced any of these symptoms and do you have any suggestions.
