I really dont understand what these test results mean, if you can please help me understand. Thank you for your time and effort!

These results are from a biopsy of the cervix

1. Cervix, 11 o'clock position:
-Atypical koilocytosis consisten with HPV effect.
- Subacute endocervicitis with focally immature squamous metaplasia.

2. Cervix, 1 o'clock position:
- Mild Chronic cervicitis.

3. Cervix, 3 o'clock position:
- Focal Atypical koilocytosis consisten with HPV effect.
- Subacute endocervicitis with squamous metaplasia.

4. Endocervix:
- Unreamarkable endocervical epithelium

Comparison with the previous Pap smear reports (9041573, 900327, and 8001530) demonstrates satisfactory correlation.
