Worried and Stressed Out

I was with this guy for about 8 months and we stopped you using condoms 4 months into our relationship. I began to cheat on him because I found out he was cheating but with 3 of the guys I didn't use condoms, and in late January my throat began to hurt and feel swollen and I just thought I was getting a cold, but it didn't go away. So I made an appointment with my OBGYN and I was tested for everything and sure enough I had chlamydia and my Pap came back abnormal and I was told I had HPV, and then I went back and the cells were normal, but when I went back that last time they were abnormal and the doctor said she wanted to do a Coloposcopy and Biopsy and when the results came back she told me that I had CIN II and a high grade lesion. I began to cry and I was shocked and scared. I didn't know what to do or think in that moment. I was thinking maybe im being punished for what I did. Just recently I had a D&C and LEEP done about 8 days ago. I hope everything will come up negative from now on, because I don't think I can handle anymore of this.
