Confused with results from colposocopy

0 Recommendations

So, I took the advice of some of the members to better try and understand why I will be having a cone biopsy done on Tues. I picked up the results from the colpo this morning, and although they are divided into the sections pretaining to each individual biopsy, I am still not clear. ( I really think that the results should be put in easier terms.)
The first biopsy came back showing CIN I and minimal/chronic cervicitis. What is that?
The second biopsy came back showing focal squamous atypia consistent with minimal squamous dysplasia. But for the second biospy it goes on to say dyplastic cells consistent with high grade dysplasia (not noted on the intaact cervical biopsy tissue). What does that mean?
On the third biopsy, the outcome was CIN I
But on the fourth biopsy (endocervical currettings), one fragment showed high grade squamous dysplasia consistent with moderate dysplasia (CIN II), is that contadictory?
Tiny fragments also showed CIN II - there was no intact cervical tissue from the transformation zone noted.

Does anyone know what squamous - mucosa lined tissue is? Because all the biospy results have that in there?

I am thankful for all of the help and encouragement you have given me, while I try to understand and go through this.
