A CYST ON MY OVARY....

Hello everybody....
for those wonderful people who are keeping up with my posts...(LOL)...im just wondering if anyone can claryify this confusing situation....i was diagnosed with CIN1/HPV...so back in march i had an internal ultrasound everything was fine as my doctor was concerned if i had any ovarian cysts...(my periods have suddenly stopped).....everything was fine....now last wk i had pelvis CT scan regarding my tumor on my right kidney....and a cyst was found on my right ovary....My question is 'how did a cyst grow so fast from March up untill now'????....back in march i had a pelvic and an internal ultrasound..so im a little confused....i have an app for a laproscopy in november...but i was just wondering if anyone has been through this...with a wrong diagnoses???
