Whats next? Bad pap - everything looks bad about it

Ok, this has been a rough month for me. Im in my mid 30's - usually the picture of health. I had a pap about 3 weeks ago - 3 days later wake in great pain and find out I have kidney stones (big one and small ones) and kidney infection and all that and am in need of lithotripsy. This morning I get a call to tell me that my pap had "Moderate to severe High grade lesion indicative of carcinoma in situ with glandular involvement" Anyway - of course I do not have health insurance and I am just trying to swallow this info. I am gonna go to a womans clinic as soon as I can get an appointment - but can anyone tell me - what next? What are my options? And - whats the worst case scenario? I just want to be prepared. Thanks. I'm a little scared
