Supplementation Schedule

3 Recommendations

I thought I would share with you, what i have been doing for the past 3 months after my initial diagnosis, with respect to nutritional supplementation.
I know I am not ok now, but I know I am much better. I know because my overall health is much better, my periods are back to normal and also painless, and because my skin looks better than it has in 10 years.

I would also like to know, if any of you have any good tips in nutrition that worked with you?

This is what I took (and some of it I am still taking, some of it I stopped for a while)

- organic wheatgrass every day first thing in the morning
- organic spirulina powder (for the extra beta carotene)
- 2 x tea spoons of curcum powder before my lunch
- Folic Acid 800 mg
- I season my salads with Flax Seed Oil for Omega Fatty Acids
- 1 x 1000 mg Vitamin C powder
- Colloidal Silver because it's antiviral / antibacterial
- In the first 3 months I took AHCC which is a combination of Chinese Medicine Mushrooms. During the time I took this, I could feel my cervix "working", especially at night. The product I took was called "immune assist" from Aloha medicinals:http://www.alohamedicinals.com/IACC_MGN3.htm these mushrooms are used in China for cancer treatment.

- Since about 2 weeks I started taking DIM from bioresponse.
- i don't smoke (although I admit I used to before), I don't drink (never did), and I drastically reduced my coffee intake. I now only drink one cup a day for breakfast.
- I drink green tea every day with fresh pieces of Ginger in it.
- I have also been zapping daily for one hour. (for those of you who are familiar with the Dr. Clark protocol)

I also found a blog of a lady who cured herself and I like to read her recipes. Maybe some of you know this blog: http://buellerskitchen.com/

So this is what i have been doing.
I am interested to know what you have been doing and if you saw an improvement.

Please share with me.
thanks.

DIM I am so happy to hear your progress! It's AMAZING that you managed to reverse your precancerous cells with natural therapies. I would love for you to keep us posted with your new website that will help others to achieve results like you have.

Jen_Mat, please keep us posted with the results of your lifestyle changes, Papillex supplementation and dietary changes.

It saddens me to see people try to disuade others from using natural therapies which work in conjunction with the body's natural healing processes. Supplementation of quality ingredients in BALANCED dosages DO NOT cause liver toxicity. DIM has not, nor has any other person on this thread, recommended supplementing with toxic doses. It is always advisable to see a Naturopath. All of my recommendations come from either my visits with a naturopathic doctors or my readings of scientific literature.

Supplements are still 1000x safer than most pharmaceuticals (and this is statistically speaking, not just a figure of speech).

PJ - again, what do you think you were taking that may have caused the liver problems?

DIM-

Trust me when I say I am not over henrealizing my experience.if anything, I am saying be safe, and ad for DIM being safe, it appears to be but there are FDA warnings for it as well and that is my concern. The bulk of people will have no problem, but some will and that is all I am saying. .

I merely want you all to realize that supplements are not for everyone and if you do take them you need to be careful of the amounts and potential interaction with common every day things. Like taking mushroom-based products and taking Ibuprofen in some can lead to bowel and liver issues. I am not trying to dissuade anyone for trying these and if it works great, but don't simply by a bunch of stuff after reading about it online or at some else's word. That is why I see a East/West doctor who does traditional medecine along with herbal.

He monitors me and my blood.Currently I am on supplemental therapy for my liver and thyroid and the healthiest I have ever been since ditching the regular doctor.

So be careful! And, the NCCC I believe mirrors my sentiment as well. These are supplemental to testment, not a replacement. Be safe.

Well, you shouldn't generalize your experience. First of all, what's your proof that the supplements caused damage and not something else?
A lot of supplements (especially if not tested) contain heavy metals and / or are polluted with fungus.
This is something I learnt a long time ago from the famous Dr. Hulda Clark. She passed away last Thursday by the way and I can't thank her enough for all her research and her books and treatment methods!! God bless her.

PJ - can I ask you what were some of the things you were taking that possible caused your liver damage? Thanks :)

WOW - as I read through this thread, there are a lot of people taking a lot of different herbs and supplements. Not to be a downer, but I hope that you will all see a doctor or a nutropath before deciding to add these to your diet?!

Reason I bring that up, is that I used to take a lot of supplements and natural remedies, without realizing that I was destroying my liver. I am now left with irreversible liver damage and my concern is that some of you will try things without having your liver function monitored over time.

I am for natural if natural works, but it needs to be done within a control environment with your livel function and panels closely monitored, as you do not want to end up with permanent damage.

I now know that and see an East/West doctor who monitors my liver function closely - especially now that I am pregnant and during my last two pregancies my estrogen levels hasten further damage.

Anyway, I urge you to not only do your research before you take something, but that you talk it over with the docotr and have a full CBC blood panel done before you start taking anything, and follow up every 6 months to ensure you aren't polluting yourself.

On the flip side, the liver damage can cause your gall bladder to need to be removed, chronic diarrhea, vomiting, fainting, bloody bowels, acid reflux, indigestion, massive abdominal pain (starting on the right below your stomach and roatating to the right)and other symptoms. In my case, I nerely died two years ago on May 15th, had emergency surgery and live with the fear that in a few years that not only with my cervical cancer will return, but that my liver will fail as well.

So please be careful!

PJ

AnnieGally,

Thank you for your support, I truly appreciate it. I love this forum, its so comfortable.

I'm doing well, I feel good. My pap is scheduled for the end of the month. I've been taking Papillex for the past 4 or 5 months and I've totally changed my regime, eating sleeping, etc.

I am very confident to be HPV free, positive thinking helps!
Will let you know my result.

DIM

Congrats on good results and I admire the way you are taking charge and making things happen for yourself.

Best Wishes

forgot....then I also made a test to check my immune system and the result was, that my immune system is that of a 63 year old woman! Quite a shocker eh??? I am 37 by the way.

So the journey, although my pre-cancer is gone and HPV gone, is still an ongoing one. It will take a while to be truly healthy again.

Hello,
you asked how I am doing? Well, I am glad to say that I am just fine! Great!
I have my next follow up text in about 3 weeks with the gynae.
In the meantime, I have been going to a natural clinic to do further testing on my immune system and organ function in general.
That was VERY interesting.
For one, I found out that I was severely deficient in Vitamin D (as all people with cancer and most with pre-cancer) - so my advice is to get that tested ASAP!!!

Second thing I found out, is that I still have heavy metals in the body (mercury) - although most of that is gone now.

Third thing I found out is that my liver has severely suffered from this illness and its function has been compromised. I am now working on getting that repaired with natural means and so far works great.
(Please note I don't drink and I never have!)
The reason for that is, that the body and mainly the liver bear the burden of cleaning the blood and invadors etc, especially when your immune system is doing NOTHING! So my poor liver got beaten up...
When I started on the liver program I got SEVERE PAIN in my liver and it was even swollen. Quite scary I must say but only lasted for about 3 days.

So that's that.
I also decided to put up a website (still working on it) about my story and how I got better.
Will let you know when it's online..

be healthy.

Hello DIM, Jen Mat and and all who are contributing to this thread.

Can you please let us know your progress? I recomment that we all share our progress with supplementation and dietary changes so that we can help others to know what works and what doesn't, since I believe the goal of us all is to help both ourselves and one another to successfully overcome HPV naturally.

I look forward to your updates!!

Thanks Lynne_Teacher! I will check out your testimonials and I'll DM you any questions about Papillex. I am inspired by your result!

jen_mat,

you asked "My doctor suggested Papillex, I've been taking this natural method for a few months, I'm hopeful. Do you know anything about it?"

I do. I shared my story in another discussion question. My testimonial is on their website. However to sum up, after using Papillex for 4 months and changing my whole lifestyle, I went for a 3rd pap (after 2 with bad results), and this time it came out clear and free of cervical dysplasia.

I'd be happy to answer any of your questions related to it, I'll try my best to answer. Also the customer reps there are super helpful :)

Thanks!!! I ordered Papillex a week ago and I'm anxious to get started on it.

Hi Jojo, you certainly could, but you don't need to because papillex contains Sulforaphane.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulforaphane

Thanks for the article on soy.

Can you take both Papillex and DIM?

In regards to soy, here is a great article: http://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2005nl/april/050400pusoy.htm

Hi Potinia, I don't drink coffee because it has a harsh stimulating effect to my nervous system, but everyone is different. If you are only drinking one small cup a day of home brew, I would not worry about it. You may consider switching to loose leaf tea, which it enjoyable and less stimulating. I do eat organic goat cheese (and goat kefir) in moderation. Goat dairy is better for human consumption than cow dairy, since the fat globules in goat's milk do not cluster together, making them easier to digest. To answer your question, I have had excellent results with Papillex. I had an appointment booked with my gynocologist for LEEP to get rid of my cervical dysplasia (from HPV). I booked the treatment 3 months in advance so I could first try natural therapy. I changed my diet, inserted herbal vaginal suppositories from Wise Woman Herbals (you can get them lots of other places as well like Vitanica online) and the only supplement that I took was Papillex. I came across Papillex after I spent weeks researching all the ingredients that were proven to contain HPV eliminating ingredients, and it contains all of them. If I were to buy all of the ingredients seperately, it would cost me at fortune. When I returned in 3 months for the LEEP procedure, my gynocologist was shocked that I didn't have an abnormal cells whatsoever. My HPV was completely gone, and knock on wood, it's never returned. I took 4 capsules a day when I had active HPV, and now that it's inactive, I take 2 a day for ongoing prevention. My healthy diet is now a complete lifestyle change.
One more thing, you mentioned that you have a mild yeast infection. I find 'boric acid capsules' inserted vaginally heal even the most difficule yeast infections. Please keep us posted on your results.

i find that the philo of chinese medicine is so interesting...of course i am not going to argue certain points when someone is putting needles into me! haaa.....why not take the advice, right? Something to think about or investigate.

ta, for the remind about the organic tempeh. i've just decided to stay away from it, but it is used in fillers for EVERYTHING, even some of the high end vitamins and supplements. It is rare to find product lines that do not use gluten as well as soy. Does anyone know of any...off the top of their heads?

potinia - thanks for the info about the spirulina - interesting!

You gals are correct that fermented soy is better than regular. Just make sure you have ORGANIC, because most soy products, if they aren't organic, are genetically engineered. You want to make sure it is non-GMO. Also, I don't want to imply that it is ok if you have breast issues. Check with your doctor first!

Ta, AnnieGally!
I've also read/been told that fermented soy is the way to go. I do find it frustrating that in some of the best vegan/health food rest and stores you really have to look at the product info since sometimes they mix the tempeh with gluten products! haaa....it's a real full time job keeping up on this!
how did you like taking papillex? i looked at it, but not sure. it would def be easier than keeping up with all these pills and liquids. I find that some days i do really well and others...not so much. Out of curiosity...do you eat goat cheese or have coffee? I am having real problems giving those two things up!

OH and ladies, in regards to older postings, the scoop on the spiralina....these are literal words from my accupunturist/nutritionist "you have a lot of dampness in your intestines and sexual organs and you need to dry it up. spiralina has more dampness than chorella." So...there you go! She is correct that since my LEEP i've had a slight yeast infection and prob have more candida in my body on a regular basis than needed.

hope this weekend find you well!
