well i wrote before sayin how i recently found out i had hpv and am going to get it removed this thursday by laser(dont kno what thats called) and am scared to death. but on top of that i wnt to the urgent care for a rash to find out they think i mite have lymes disease but they wont kno till labs cum bak and if thats negetive they sed i need to go in for testing. its the day after my procedure i should find out and i kno tryin to stay stress free will help me recooperate and eep the virus uner control but were movin at the same time , im doin school and have two kids and wanted to know ne tips to try to help stay stress free. im 18 so all this is alot to take in. i dont know what happened i was just clean a year ago and now all this at once isvery hard to coop with..HELP

i dont know what it is i was told i would be numbed up and they would use small laser to remove it thanks for the advice

Is the procedure called a LEEP? I do mediation which I havent been here lately and can tell I just had a major meltdown lol but just close your eyes picture your breathing and what it is doing to help your body and imagine a nice quiet place where you are happiest. That is what has helped me in the past!

Hi Amy,
First off, I know how you FEEL with all of this! I have 4 kids, my husband is in Iraq, I had to move all of us to a new place WITHOUT the help of my husband because he just deployed and all while I was 8 months pregnant. It was an extremely hard and very stressful time for me and it still is without my husband around! Especially now that I am having some crazy thing happening to my body.
Are you getting any help? I really hope so! Right now I am a nervous wreck just waiting for my colpo/biopsy results which was taken last week Tuesday. I am still new to this and I am so so so scared! I don't know where I am at with this thing and what's going to happen after the results! I am so worried for my children because no one can take better care of them like the way I do, other than my husband but he is in Iraq and won't be home until late August...and that is just too long!!
I really hope that everything goes well for you honey. It really must be very tough for you right now, but you know what...? If life didn't have it's hard times, we will forget that we are alive. If everything was all pleasant and worry-free, we would just be living in a dream. Life is REAL so go and LIVE LIFE to it's fullest! And you can live life to it's fullest without harming yourself and being wreckless or careless:-) Goodluck with everything sweetie!

i just started doing reiki...its helping me stay mellow.
also i'm taking vitamin b complex that too helped with taking the edge off. but if you can, see a naturopath to help out with all the issues you have.
sometimes its just the way it is. we're running on empty and then...life takes you in a different direction.
the reiki practitioner said illness is a lesson.
