After reading some posts on this site and doing some research I ordered a DIM supplement from the internet ... I took the pill right after I got done eating lunch yesterday for the first time.. later that afternoon I ended up having severe stomach pains that led to vomiting twice.. I slept and drank a lot of water to get it out of my system and now i am fine.. has anyone else had any problems taking this supplement?
