rad hyst./ bowel movemnet- now heavy pink watery discharge

Anyone experience this? I had my rad hysto. 1 1/2 week ago, and this morning had a bowl movement that I thought I was going to die having. Afterwards I had fluid leaking. ruled out catether and the other. Got week and started having chills, no fever tho. I filled one pad after another with this discharge. The discharge was clear with touch of pink. I called doc, and he told me don't worry it has to do with lymph drainage and one of my stitches may have disolved. It is eveing and I have more cramping and still have discharge. I am on anti biotics for bladder infection (catheter). I like and trust my doctor but it is the weekend....so you guys are like my second opinion. Any advise?
