NCCC eScrip

Dear NCCC Member:

HAPPY NEW YEAR! All of us at the National Cervical Cancer Coalition (NCCC) thank you for your generous support in 2008.

2009 is shaping up as an even busier year for the NCCC. With 10,000 women diagnosed with cervical cancer each year in the United States, the work of the NCCC is more important than ever. Education and early detection save lives. And that's where the NCCC comes in. The 3rd Annual Conference, to be held later this year in Chicago, is an important way to "get the word out". The NCCC provides scholarships for attendees who might not otherwise be able to attend.

The NCCC has found a fast and simple way for you to be part of this important event at no cost to you. eScrip! Once you've signed up with eScrip, each time you make a purchase with your debit, grocery reward card or other cards, eScrip will make a donation to the NCCC without any additional funds out of your pocket! While you're enjoying a meal out or buying a new pair of shoes, eScrip is funding Conference scholarships.

If you have previously signed with eScrip, you can enter up to three groups to benefit from your purchases. Please consider adding "National Cervical Cancer Coalition" as one of these groups.

To sign up:
1. Go to https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/registration/step1.jsp2
2. Our group name is "National Cervical Cancer Coalition" or for less typing - our group identification number is 500021125
3. Click on the group name and then click on Next
4. Follow the instructions to fill in your personal information, register your grocery and eScrip Community Cards and register your credit cards.

If you are signed up and want to add NCCC as one of your groups:

1. Go to http://www.escrip.com/
2. Click on "my eScrip"
3. Log in
4. Click on "change my group selection"
5. Click the group name and type in "National Cervical Cancer Coalition"
6. Click on "National Cervical Cancer Coalition" when it comes up in the search it will be added to your groups.

It is as simple as that!!

Once you've registered with eScrip, you have a second way to help raise money for NCCC - their online mall, which is linked to major retailers like Amazon.com and OfficeMax. The only way the NCCC is credited for these purchases is if you enter these sites through the eScrip online page. Just bookmark http://shopping.escrip.com/cgi/shop.plx?pid=5400&page=home and follow the simple instructions. Then, each time you shop at Aamazon.com, OfficeMax.com, or any of the other sites available, you'll be generating donations to the NCCC.

And, yes, there is still a third way you can help raise funds for NCCC at no cost to you. Just forward this email to everyone you know. With your help, we can and will win the fight against cervical cancer.
