Messages going to junk mail

2 Recommendations

Hi -- since the update, all the mail from NCCC has been going into my junkmail folder. Of course, I did get a new computer about the same time, so who knows what's the cause. But I wanted to give a "heads up" in case this is happening to others and they may not think to look in junk mail.

Thanks, corellin. That's good advice. The addresses that the community mail comes from are now:

team@inspire.com
subscriptions@inspire.com

If you whitelist those, you should get all of the community mail. We have had problems getting mail through to Yahoo! of late, so you if you use Yahoo! mail, please bear with us. We're doing our best to fix it.

aHA!

Thanks, corellin!

I was wondering why I wasn't getting any emails, but when I logged in here I had messages.

My case was a bit more confusing, though... apparently my bulk email folder had a setting that deleted junk mail immediately.... so my folder was empty. So I changed the setting so the emails would be saved for a week... that way I can "whitelist" them.
