....BUT.... i just wanted to remind all of you strong and beautiful ladies out there how much positive affirmation and self love and self forgiveness can help heal the body. it has become clear to me that our physical ailments are manifestations of our mental and emotional ones.

what are the underlying causes of our hpv, our dysplasia, our cancer? our body is crying out for self love.

forgive yourself for allowing yourself to contract HPV. love yourself enough to believe that you can heal yourself. ask your higher power, or yourself if you don't have one, for help in being positive and healing yourself.

every time we are thinking we are planning. the thoughts that we have over and over again become reality.

i am on day four of not smoking any tobacco! i have smoked pretty heavily for 10 years. i am 24. i find myself being scared... but i turn those thoughts to opportunities, to gratitude, to confidence. i am feeling more empowered to help myself and others than i ever have. i am learning so much about my body and how human disease and wellness is influenced by inside and outside factors. what if life is all about healing?

from birth to death... just learning to love ourselves? forgive ourselves and others...

positive affirmations and meditations are powerful. the mind is so so so so powerful. i just though id put out there what has been circulating around in mine. i want to share with others what has been gifted to me... and we all know what we have to lose... but what an adventure to discover all the things we have to gain!

challenges are opportunities

pain is weakness leaving the body

love yourself

forgive yourself

listen to yourself

heal yourself

.... you first... then this mother earth that has cradled and cared for us and provided everything that makes life possible...

and lastly...

i love all of you! we are so strong! we ARE GOD... every last one of us. every disease is curable... just not every patient. so much is in the head... and in the heart.. every single second is that chance to be the people we want to be.

thanks for listening

i wish you optimal health and joy of life

Also.... I have been doing therapeutic tampon soaks with calendula and tea tree oil that i am convinced are helping my dysplasia and more importantly it FEELS GOOD. do a google search to that tune and see what ya find. remember to use organic cotton tampons!

Wow thats deep it helps a lot i been takin notes this some good stufff may god bless u gurl u will be just fine....smile i just really have let go all the negative!!!!

Your words were extremely inspiring and helpful, I was on here crying from some of the sad things i read, but after what you said i feel alot better and im going to try those tampon soaks u were talking about. Thank you for being positive!

OMG. I use tea tree oil for everything. And had thought about the tampon thing, but wasn't sure...Does your dr. know and have anything to say about it...Not that it matters... But "you" really feel like it is working? When my son was 18 he blew an m80 up in his hand, major burn...I researched and found manuka honey. The day his skin needed to come off (blister popped) we got the honey, It took from July 8 to July 25, to "completely" heal his hand. I took pics everyday so I could see a difference. By the first of Aug. you couldn't even see the pink...His pics are on the manuka honey web site...I love the stuff...but didn't know what honey would be like on a tampon...lol..
Thanks alot thankfultarian!!! I personally would like to know natural things that work.... my family just looked at me stupid when I did the honey....now they want some...

i haven't discussed the tampon soaks with my doctor - i don't really have one. have been using planned parenthood. but i do feel like it is working.. it feels good and i find that my body wants it... ive been doing it everyday - once or twice... i'll look into the honey... sounds useful.

i visualize the tea tree oil actually healing and cleansing my cervix... and i can really feel the oil ya know even though its only a little bit so it really gives me both a therapeutic and kind of empowered feeling. i recommend it to all ladies healing their dysplasia.

Thanks for the inspiration, Thankfultarian. I was doing a lot of mantra for a while too, and it really helped me relax and refocus on whats important. I have written down some of my favorites on post its and stuck them in my bedroom and office as little reminders. My favorite right now is "The point of power is always in the present moment." It reminds me to take responsibility for my own life and health and to do good things for me now, rather than just thinking about it.

If anyone is interested in the idea that we all have the power to heal ourselves, I highly recommend the book, You Can Heal Your Life, by Loiuse L. Hay. I have the Illustrated gift edition. It is a beautiful and inspiring book.

I am definitely going to look into the tampon soaks. Thanks again!
