Laser treatment for CINII?

I just began this new diet/workout and I'm very curious as to how long the recovery for the laser treatment usually is. I went from one doctor who was certain the cone procedure was the best option to this life saver who says the laser treatment. :) also, what shouldn't expect after the surgery? thanks guys :)
