Well there really isn't a "right" time to talk about it but i think if you really like the person and want to take the relationship to the next step and have sex you should tell him/her !! I think before you dicide to make love that way your not passing the HPV on..
Its better to be honest with any problem you have and it just shows your mature .

also i think theres websites you can visit that give you information about HPV and how to discuss them .... well i think there is dont know for sure though just make sure when you do talk about the HPV thing your not drunk or anything make sure your both sober you wouldnt want him being affended or anything or however he reacts

well send me a message and tell me how it went i'd like to know just be honest and be yourself

I found out just a couple of months into a new relationship. Luckily he is wonderful and stood by me the rest of the way with the CC diagnosis and treatments.
He was clueless but I did re-inforce with the web site about how many adults are already exposed, what the likelyhood of men getting anything as well as what kind of precautions we could use (condom is only like 70%) with putting it to him this way that he could have already been exposed made it much easier.
Just be armed with web sites, print outs... just in case this one or mabye another might have questions. Mine was just concerned he might get "broccoli" down there!
I personally found for me and familt the CDC web site had the best info and was user friendly and not scary. Here is the link: http://www.cdc.gov/STD/HPV/STDFact-HPV.htm
Good luck!
