I had a LEEP procedure done back in May and am going back on Friday for a follow up pap smear and check up.
I am so nervous and just keep hoping it will come back negative.

I totally understand! I had my LEEP in November 2007 and every 3 months after that, I would still be nervous as hell!! Best of luck, keep us posted!

good luck Mutchy - I was lucky with my first follow up after my Leep. My year follow up is in Dec. so I hope it is still negative. I don't think the worry ever leaves us...

Have to agree the worry never leaves us, but.......even if it doesn't come out negative...........you're still better off than when this all first started. I'm in that boat now. Had a cone in April, but my follow up pap was positive. Had another Colpo. last thursday. Still waiting for results. Good Luck!!!

Thanks everyone...I hope I will hear back soon with my results. My Dr. said I don't have to go back for 6 months if all comes back fine with this one. I guess we all have to live with the worry once we get an abnormal smear.
