Hello Ita,
Let me assure you, that you are not going to die. Its good that they found your CIN 2, but it is NOT cancer and you will be fine after they remove it. They will want to keep a close eye on things to make sure it doesn't come back. I had cervical cancer and had to have a radical hysterectomy and now I am fine. Try to relax and let your doctor take care of you.

Dont worry you are not going to die.I v had an abnormal papsmier 2 months ago and it showed CIN3.After colo and biopsi it showed CIN2...I v had leep done 4 weeks ago and now I m fine.Its very good that you found out on time...dont stress you will be ok...

i'm sorry you're feeling so scared. you aren't going to die from having CIN2, cervical dysplasia. it's abnormal tissue, confined to one area, and it's not cancer. that said, you do want to be under a doctor's care to be it doesn't progress, and they probably will want to do a leep to remove the abnormal tissue. and, try to focus on positive steps you can take to take care of yourself, including see the gynecologist, and taking steps to help clear the active hpv infection.
