I am CIN2/3 and due LEEP too. You can kiss mouth to mouth. Oral sex does spread HPV, condoms are not 100 per cent but apparently help. The thing is no one knows for sure about condoms, but I will only have sex with my husband if he is wearing one now. Yes it can reactivate at any time even if you do clear it - it is always something you will have to deal with - so never neglect going for your Pap. Best of luck.

I know it sucks cause am 41 have 3 kids and hope to marry some day that's why i ask what i can and can't so i am.going to my 3 month appear Jan 21 and hope things look good and thank you for replying it kinda embassing to k.ow if i become special arctic
I will have to tell a guy i have or had h p v i just hope he do.t run anY

I think it could spread orally, why not? It's just that most doctors probably do not mention it because we see sub specialists now so the gynecologist isn't concerned about your colon or your throat . I have read online that some oral cancers are caused by the hpv virus. I'm personally remaining celibate until I get this cleared and maybe beyond because I don't want to give it to someone else, I don't want to catch anything else and I don't want to introduce any new virus or problems to the area. I want to give it a chance to heal. I think once you're done with surgery the doctor would probably say it's fine to kiss, etc.. Maybe you should wait until you've had a few clear pap tests. Hopefully if you tested hpv negative in the future it would mean that the virus is suppressed to such a point that it's not contagious however you could still catch hpv from new partners. Just take the time to learn and think and focus on yourself, it's definitely a different experience when you stop dating but you can gain a lot from the experience. Maybe this gives you time to think about the kind of person you want to be with when you clear this.

I have choose. To remain celibate rill am clear and meeting someone who understands. And willing to use condoms am not inserted in scening a bunch of guys this has changed my life and I prefer to pop issuable settle down so ho pop fully my next partners will be my last and pop blue one go's bless wvwweyone

It makes no difference if you clear it - u will always have Hpv -it deactivated in me and I am married for 10 years. You just have to come to terms that you will always deal with this virus. Take care of your diet and enjoy life. It is not a death sentence. Live for your kids. Sometimes going online on boards can make u more anxious - I know it is great for information but personally it is a double edged sword bc a lot of posters freak me out with their worry and see Hpv as the end of the world. I wish u all the luck in the world and hope you do suppress it and find love again.

I will am not giving up Ijust at times wish there was a vaccine. But us over 30 and I know few people have said they are cured or clear. Of h. P. V. But I doubt that since it can reactive I. Also have denpression. I told myself am done feeling sorry and do what I can and I feel great
I have noticed a lot of posts sound bad no hope or just worried and scared but am sure they will come up with something to wipe this virus swayed. Thanks for your nice reporter are strong women and will make it God bless you

Like most viral infections, YOU CAN GET RID of hpv. Likewise just because a person is exposed to the virus doesn't mean you will become infected. Folic acid levels have a lot to do with it. It seems the mechanism of how folate prevents infection and allows for the body to eliminate it has to do with how folate methylates the DNA in your body. I don't have the money to afford.everything with 3 kids. So far I take 3 different try multivitamins plus nutution drinks lots of vegtables i do t eat a lot of meat but if i do it chicken or pork if it can be rid from the body why do they say it reactive I will see my doctor Monday for my 3 month check up all I want is to be where I won't ever need keep surgery again I do knotow they are working on as vaccine hopefully something

Hi, I actually found that paying to see a naturopath was well worth it and although it is costly it's wasn't out of the question expensive. I'm in California where it may be more expensive but I was quoted for the first appointment between 250-300 and the naturopath I chose spent a good 2 hours with me going over everything, explaining everything to me, answering all my questions. I have never had a regular doctor spend more than 10 minutes with me and they always seems rushed and annoyed when I ask them detailed questions or question anything that they say. The naturopath looked over my previous blood tests and pointed out that I may have a bladder infection which my own doctor didn't seem concerned that my test showed blood in my urine and something else was elevated. It was well worth it, if you can afford it go with a naturopath along with your regular doctor.

Because naturapaths are only licensed in 16 states, and thus cannot do the escharotic treatment in the unlicensed states, you may want to look for chiropractic physicians who specialize in women's health/gynecology. It's absolutely worth getting a holistic perspective.

Something is not adding up..... Please someone explain this and I'm going to open in an open discussion.... I had 3 cousins and 2 good friends who had hpv over 19 years ago and cleared it no problem... If women under 30 clear the virus and it is gone from their body... Why not women over 30... Yes it is a virus like chicken pox, small pox, measles but different from hiv.... Hiv and herpes is different... Hiv eats the good cells and confuse them... Herpes hide behind your spine which is hard to get.... Hpv warts just keep coming back.... Mystery, but high risk clears itself the good cells attack.... Yes we have to be mindful... But once you develop antibodies for that strain... It shoul be gone.... Per cancer.org ..... High risk goes away and it is either gone or cannot be found.... Just like chicken pox... I have the virus, but I have been around a lot of kids with chicken pox and do t get it... Body is immune!! Just my thoughts!

Howardakajones, I think women over 30 can clear the virus if they live a healthy lifestyle and my own gynecologist also said that it sometimes just goes away on it's own. I think one of two things happen, either the virus is suppressed or the women were reinfected by their same or new partners because hpv is so common. Medical doctors only know what they are trained to say and perform, they don't always think outside the box and because they are sub specialists they don't often look at the body as a whole. It's really important to be physically healthy and taking care of oneself in order to beat any virus. I was asking my doctor if my test shows that my condition is on the surface of my cervix or inside and he said that it doesn't matter because he would still recommend the leep. If I go with natural medicine it does matter though because from what I understant the condition is more treatable if it is located on the surface of the cervix. It's not his fault, he is just train to recommend a cone or leep once the condition gets to a certain stage.

Infinityheartlove, thanks for sharing... I think it is the severity of hvp also.... Most of my family and friends did not have to have any surgery it just went away..just 1 she had cin3 and had a cone and no other problems...I have normal pap and hpv and praying to the ALMIGHTY by April both are negative... I'm taking a multi. Vitamin, turkey tail and drinking green tea... My aunt is a nurse pract... And she said to also look into a beta douch.. So I'm going to try that...
