Would 'blind' calling of gastroenterologists be worth a shot? Those that cater more to the msm community might be more apt to perform them routinely.
I just remembered that I had printed out the list of providers nationwide from the UCSF website when it was up. I will look to see if I still have it. If I do, I will post all the doctors names they provided.
I searched last night but didn't find it - I'll continue searching - can't imagine I threw it out!!!
