Labor Day, and best wishes to everyone

I'm feeling a little better today. Still exhausted, but less nauseated, and at least "moving" - for those of use with practically non-functioning intestines, you all know what I'm talking about. I made this muffin recipe with old-fashioned (not quick cooking) oatmeal, honey and blueberries, and man oh man, I'm thinking I should sell it. It works almost too well ... Plus, it was delicious.

Sorry for my somewhat inept and feeble attempt at humor. Somehow, I haven't lost mine despite pain, incontinence, fatigue, disability and what-not. Who knows - perhaps a good belly laugh will keep things moving better.

I'm so grateful for this forum. It is helping me more than any doctors ever could.
