I had surgery as a child because I "Had trouble peeing" (my mom is apparently ashamed or embarassed about it and won't give me any info, so I know very little about everything) and had some sorta urethra surgery when I was 4. Well they widened it too much and I had no control or feeling when I had to pee and would always have accidents whether in my pants or in my bed. My mom never took me back to the hospital to have the surgery fixed and instead just put me back in diapers from age 4 (when the surgery happened) until age 9 when I no longer lived with her. Not too much has changed with it and I still wear diapers too.

You should see a urologist. There is a new procedure where a substance is injected into the uretha kind of like botox. This works for some. It can be done in the office or outpatient.
