bowel incontinence

I have suffered from incontinence now for the last 5 years and also suffered from a back injury. Here in the last couple of days, aside from my normal low back pain, I have been having real bad sharp burning pains just below my mid back and on the right side. It seemed to ease up when I have a bowel movement. Does anyone have any ideas on this. Right now I have been unable to work due to my back, no one wants to even talk to me when they find out. So I don't have inurance and can't afford a doc. right now. Any input would be really appreciated.

dreamin1037,
The pain could be associated with constipation. Especially if the pain eases up once you have a bowel movement. You can read more information here http://www.nafc.org/bladder-bowel-health/types-of-incontinence/fecal-incont inence/ and here http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/constipation/DS00063 . I hope this helps.
