pumpkin patch

I took my 9 yr old (with cp) and 8 yr old daughters to the pumpkin patch. It was muddy so there were certain areas our daughters wheelchair wouldn't go thru. Does anyone know of a great all terrain wheelchair? Will ins. pay for it? I was told ins wouldn't pay for all terrain. Do they think kids with disabilities are only on paved streets? The other thing that annoys me is how pricey everything is because its medical. If it is medical equipment ins should pay regardless. We could have done the corn maze too if we had the right wheelchair. She was less limited when she was little and used a reg stroller. Esp jogging strollers or Jeep ones-those things were great! I also feel bad she couldn't do the hayride and go out to pumpkin patch. Too hard to get her up in wagon (although this is 1st yr we didn't do it). Luckily there was crafts for her to do there. Hope she had fun even though she missed out on the main activities.
