Sorry to say, I like many others don't like the new site.
Just before the changes there was a very active thread with about 75 posts on Isaac's - since the new site, there has been no activity on that thread. The reason is no one can find it. Sometimes you can do a search for Isaac's and get the reply "Nothing Found" Isaac's is also not on the index - Diseases/Syndromes.
As far as I am concerned all this great information has been buried. Yes, it's there but can't be easily found unless you stumble on it.
I think I am reflecting the larger majority's view.
