ok

Today wasn't so bad. I slept well last night, and woke up early and made my mom coffee before work. She takes such good care of me. She has her own physical and emotional problems, and we talk everyday when she gets home from work. Sometimes she feels terrible, and all she can do is lie down and rest. I've been trying to use meditation and positive energy to help heal her, and myself. I swear it works. I have concentrated this energy into her swollen ankles, and her wounded heart and soul. It will take time, as I am new to this, but I think with continued practice, I can help us both, and maybe others. Keep up with the positive energy, let go of the negative, painful energy.
