Great update! Went to see Al's speech therapist and he was able to drink a whole styrafoam coffee cup of thickened liquid. First time and he didn't need to cough up much at all. He will be seeing her again next Tues and she hopes he can fully swallow on his own. Al does have another stretching on 3/5 and we are keeping positive about this appt not being needed.
