Hello all:

Next week we will be submitting to INSPIRE some of the discussion categories we will be adding to the INSPIRE YOGA & MEDITATION website location.

We are also looking to find out if there is an unmet Public need for certain "At Risk" population groups, including healthcare patients who suffer from Cancer, other various Diseases, pain, etc., to receive FREE Yoga instruction/classes, etc. If this need does exist nationwide, we are looking to harness a team of compliant quality minded certified YOGA Teachers, willing to teach FREE YOGA, and have them undertake a special YOGA training that will enhance their knowledge on teaching restorative and therapeutic styles of YOGA to the public.

This INSPIRE location would become a prime location for patients, caregivers, families and friends and these YOGA teachers and others on the internet, to come and discuss these types of YOGA & Meditation topics on the internet.

Some of the proposed discussion catagories we are looking to add to the INPIRE YOGA & Meditation section are as follows:

How YOGA has helped me.

How Meditation has helped me.

Restoritive YOGA.

Therepeutic YOGA.

YOGA Props for Health and flexibility (Chair, Yoga balls, Blocks, Straps, Blankets, Cushions/Zafu, etc.)

Anything YOGA is helpful. In my view, Yoga re-establishes the natural human balance: physical, mental, and "spiritual" through meditation. Having just one discussion group discussing all the benefits of yoga and their personal experience with it, is better than having many discussions groups.
