For Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. I haven't heard much about it. My Psychiatrist put me on Invega 9mg ER for something similar. I'm concerned about the weight gain part. Would Saphris be better than Invega ER? I do get alot of pain in legs and high Prolactin levels which causes my hair to fall out fue to takiing Invega. I go see my doc on Tuesday. I will ask about Saphris and get back to you on this of which is better and why or why not.

I have had patients on SAphris. To my knowledge they did not have alot of side effects. It is a relatively new drug. And it is very expensive. But it it helps that is wonderful. We just all have to weight the risk vs benefit. I hope it does you alot of good.

I liked saphris briefly. My arms and legs swelled up and I started having chest pains as well. I hope it worked for you. Initially, I felt tons better but the circulatory problems were problematic.
