Looked up High School/College Friends--Many Have Died . . .

Looked up on Google friends from my high school and college years and discovered 1/3 to 1/2 passed away. These are people who would be in their 50's and 60's, if they lived. Did not hang out with a drug, alcohol, or smoking crowd. Am 55. Would understand this if I was in my 70's or 80's. Trying to make new friends because feel like I would have little in common with them anyways. Can't bear to hear any more bad news! Has this happened to anyone else?
