I don't know how to start this so I will just write. I recently by my own research (internet and my own symptoms) found out I have the symptoms of Celiac disease. I have since go on slowly a Gluten free diet and my digestive and my skin, my hair have become more healthier. My abdomin was swollen and gasy and i felt like i was going to pop! That is not happening anymore. I sleep better too. On my mom side there is a history of diverdiculittis ( excuse spelling) and IBS. She had chronic diahrea all the time and never addressed the issue. Most of my first cousins (female) on my moms side have this disease. They all go for colonoscopy every 2yrs. Besides my diet I always ate well. I am a vegetarian eat wild salmon only and DHA Omega3 brown eggs and a little natural goat chesse. I eat plenty of veggies and Brown rice and salads. Ieat Gluten Free Brown Rice cereal. I use Rice Milk. I don't want to end up like my mom and it is scary because she died 2 yrs. ago and had multiple illnesses besides this one. Thanks for listening and help. Be well.
