How to Prevent Infections

Well, I am not going to go into the gory, painful, and kind of sickening details of my infection, but it came on me this morning and I hurried and made a call to my primary care doctor, sometimes known on threads as a PCP. After a yucky test, it was found that I do have an infection. What this means is no chemo tomorrow. I am of two minds with this. One, it ruins all my plans, and also stops the process I was in- as well as getting me off schedule. But, my second mind is yelling: Yippee! More time to put off the side effects. Yes, I know I am a big baby. Tough toenails! I have been looking for my Dammit Doll who I am sure is hiding out somewhere-
