What is the next step?????

Thank you all, for your support and comfort. I am scared, no lie about it. We find out on Wednesday, what the stage its in. The cancer itself is small, we are more worried about lymph nodes (SP). She is suppose to meet with the surgeon on Wednesday, to see what the next step is. They are swallon, but they don't know if the cancer is in there, and if it is, can they be removed? I am hoping, and thinking, that they caught it pretty early, that is my gut feeling.
