so lonely

I have just found out my sister has lung cancer and I am devastated. We are unusually close as I never married and had kids. Our dad died of lung cancer and I am scared to death. I am praying but feel like God is not listening. I am a nurse and know how bad this is. I can't seem to stop crying. My sister is the one I would have gone to with this. I feel so alone.
