Living with husband with Lung Cancer

0 Recommendations

My husband was diagnois in March of 2008 with stage iv. Even though the tumor in lung is small it has spread to spine and lymph nodes. He has been on chemo for a little under 2 years. Doing okay but very down. Was not the live we thought we would have together. He wants to give up the treatment but it is working for him and I do not want him to stop. Vry painful in the spine but just finish rad. for it and it work great. The pain is gone. Now found out blood clot in lung and has to be on blood thinners for the rest of his life. 2 shots a day. I want to support him so much but I cannot let him give up I know that he does not have a long life ahead of him but if the treatment is managering his cancer and he is feeling okay very tired but other than that okay. I just do not know what I should do.
