It was a complete surprise for us not to see ANY improvement after using the above for my husband's cancer. He only had two rounds because it made him so very sick but there was NO shrinkage and in fact growth in both lungs and liver. The Dr. said that just last week it was announced in some medical article that it (Alimta) does NOT work on Squamous Cell........we were devistated for sure......two months wasted and being so ill while taking it.........he is now on another type which he is tolerating much better but of couse, less potent, less agressive..........in fact our visit was more than depressing about the future. She was very straight with what might be expected was to control hopefully but no going back in time like last year with a remission......His cough is horribly debilitating in that he can't sleep, has water around lungs, etc. So......not a good visit at all but wanted most of all to get the word out there on how Alimta DOES NOT help Squamous cell.....................Praying for all of your problems and breaking hearts..........so glad to read good news so keep those posts coming.
