I was diagnosed Stage IV in May. Holidays have always been a time for me of incredible joy. I am a child, the ghosts of Past, Present and Future.
Some us will survive to fight after the next year... some of will not...
But I BEG you all, BELIEVE!... Believe that whatever the diagnosis or mets has done to you, that you can FIGHT! BELIEVE IN THE FIGHT!
BELIEVE that your partner, spouse, children, work pals, friends, church, community are more important than what the cancer is telling you. BELIEVE AND FIGHT!
FIGHT. And while fighting... dance, love, laugh, give what you can... and be happy and enjoy.
We may not all live to reach to be 100... but FIGHT for it and BELIEVE YOU can.
